Running for those who cannot is an initiative that seeks the visibility, inclusion and normalization of rare diseases and mental illnesses.
They undertake one-day challenges, running nonstop for about six hours. These challenges not only raise awareness of these diseases but also help the families of these warriors raise money through charity race bibs and merchandise sales. This money helps cover the enormous costs of the therapies their children need to attend to try to improve their quality of life. In addition to therapies, the expenses they face also stem from having to adapt many aspects of their daily lives, such as providing adapted car seats, wheelchairs for going out, and so on.

They also conduct interviews with elite athletes, which we broadcast on the Rioja Television (TVR) program "Running for those who cannot," in which we discuss these diseases and the sporting careers of those interviewed.
Running for those who can't, is now celebrating its first year and is growing a lot thanks to the support of people who have altruistically begun to collaborate with us, helping and accompanying us both in challenges and through social networks.
They started with challenges in different parts of Spain, and have already done one in Portugal, and the goal is to continue growing and help as many people as possible.
