Return policy

30 days on footwear. 14 days on all other products.

You can request a return by sending an email to shop@oriocx.es. In the case of a defective product or a quality issue, we will arrange for collection from your home. In other cases, you can bring the order to our warehouse at C/ Circunde, 35, Polígono La Portalada I, 26006 Logroño, or send it by courier to the same address. The box containing the shoes must be placed in a sealed bag, and the shoe tag must not be removed. Otherwise, a 20% penalty will be applied to the refund.

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Free shipping within 24-48 hours for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €6.50.
Canary Islands: Free 72-hour shipping to the Canary Islands for orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs €6.50. Customs clearance times are not included. We do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.
United Kingdom: Free shipping (3-5 days) on orders over £150. For orders under £150, shipping costs £6.95. Customs clearance times are not included.
Europe*: Free shipping (3-5 days) on orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs €2.95.
