LEGAL GUARANTEE

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee established by Spanish legislation (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021), which guarantees the conformity of the goods for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that prevent the normal use of the footwear under reasonable conditions.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

- Premature detachment of soles or poorly assembled parts.

- Visible stitching defects unrelated to use.

- Defective materials that degrade without apparent cause.

- Malfunction of technical components (laces, closure systems, insoles, etc.) due to manufacturing defects.

WHAT DOESN'T IT COVER?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

- Natural wear and tear from prolonged or intensive use.

- Scrapes, abrasions or cuts produced during use.

- Contact with chemicals, extreme heat, or improper storage.

- Inappropriate use of footwear: activities other than those recommended (for example, using urban footwear as if it were technical mountain footwear).

- Unauthorized repairs or tampering with the product.

HOW TO HANDLE A COMPLAINT?

1. Write to us at shop@oriocx.es indicating:

- Order number or purchase receipt.

- Problem description.

- Clear photos of the defect.

2. Our technical team will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of 5 business days.

3. If a defect covered by warranty is confirmed, we will offer one of these options:

- Free repair.

- Product replacement.

- Voucher or refund if no stock is available.

RESPONSIBLE QUALITY

At Oriocx, we manufacture high-quality footwear using technical and sustainable materials. We design each model with durability, ergonomics, and performance in mind. However, all products subjected to intensive use are subject to natural wear and tear, especially in demanding environments.

We reserve the right to refuse claims when the damage is clearly due to normal use or external conditions not attributable to a product defect.
