I like the shoes but I need to change the size, what should I do?
We offer your first size exchange free with 24-48h delivery. The courier will come to your home to deliver the new shoes and collect the ones that don't fit.

You will need to follow these steps:

1. Place the box in a sealed bag or box. We do not accept exchanges or returns without following this step.
2. Take a picture of the package ready for shipment .
3. Write an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting a size exchange and attach a photo of the package.
4. In the email you must confirm: Invoice number, shipping address and contact information.
5. The delivery person will arrive at your home within 24-48 business hours .

Can I return the product?

Write an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting a product refund

You will have 2 options :

1. We'll collect your shoes for you with 24-48 hour delivery to expedite your refund. The cost is €6.50 (VAT included) in Spain and €12 (VAT included) in the rest of Europe.
2. You can bring your shoes to our warehouse located at C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I 26006 Logroño; or send them by courier (shipping costs paid) to the same address.

If the product is defective or there is a quality problem, we will collect it from your home free of charge .

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to place the box in a sealed bag or box in order for us to accept the return.

Can my return be refused once Oriocx receives my shoes?

YES , since the return is only accepted if the order is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.

These are the 3 cases in which Oriocx reserves the right to refuse the return and refund once we have received your shoes:

1. Not having put the original box in ; with the shoes inside, in a sealed bag or box .
2. Having removed the shoe tag .
3. Having used the shoe outdoors , which could mean the sole is worn, with stones or dirt.

When will I receive the refund?

You will receive the refund in your bank account within the next 5 business days of processing the return.
